Donna Magenheim - Office Manager/Registered Dental Assistant
As the practice's longest standing employee, Donna has worked with Dr. Baker for 26 of her 29 years in dentistry, practically making her family. She still loves her job and it shows! Donna is well respected for her strong patient relationships, seasoned dental knowledge, professional demeanor, and proven expertise in insurance, accounting, and technology. She is the mother of three wonderful girls. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, baking, exercising, golf and most of all spending time with family and friends. |

Laura Newman - Registered Dental Hygienist
With over 25 years of experience working as both a Registered Dental Assistant and Registered Hygienist in the office, she adds a wealth of knowledge to the practice. She prides herself on strong patient relationships and trust built, while providing excellent long-term care. Laura loves spending time with her two daughters and husband of 17 years. She also enjoys skiiing, hiking, rock climbing, collecting art and dolls. |

Beverlee Schwartz - Registered Dental Hygienist
Beverlee has loved practicing as a Dental Hygienist for over 30 years. Her knowledge dedication, and experience were a welcome addition to the staff six years ago. Her patients appreciate her constant professionalism, meticulous care, and genuine concern. Away from work, she is fulfilled by relationships with her two accomplished daughters and many wonderful friends who also rely on her fashion advice. A former professional dancer, Beverlee is avidly devoted to fitness (tennis and yoga) and loves nature, film and theatre. |

Karen Filipak Schotanus - Registered Dental Assistant
After graduating from UMDNJ, Karen joined the practice as a Registered Dental Assistant in 1990. She not only contributes over 25 years of experience in dentistry, but also demonstrates a commitment to clinical excellence. Karen is known for having great rapport with patients while using her artistic eye to create excellent restorations. She is the mother of a nine year old daughter and enjoys fishing, woodworking, gardening and skiing. |

Lynn Waldron - Dental Assistant
Lynn has over 25 years experience in dentistry, spending the last 7 of those working part-time as a Dental Assistant with the practice. She is known for her warm and friendly personality, taking time to get to know each of her patients. When not in the office, she enjoys cooking, yoga, sports, volunteering and most of all spending time with her husband and four children. |

Mary Novak - Front Desk
For over 15 years, Mary has welcomed patients with a friendly smile and a warm greeting while working in the front office. She is reliable and kind, going the extra mile to help patients maximize their insurance benefits. Mary has been married for 39 years with two children. Outside the office, she loves spending time with family and friends, especially her three grandchildren. |

Martha McCormack - Registered Dental Assistant
For the last five years. Martha has shared her expertise and enthusiasm as a Registered Dental Assistant in the practice. With a dental career spanning 20 years, she knows exactly how to put a patient at ease with her cheerful disposition. Martha has been married for 19 years with two wonderful daughters and two dogs. In her personal time, she loves to exercise and spend time with her family. |
